Over 16,000 Square Feet of Combined In-House Prototype Shop Space

Our shop is built to be highly configurable so we can adapt our space to fit your needs. Take advantage of our rapid prototyping space to crank out 3D models for more iterations in a shorter period of time. Need a show-quality piece? Our large paint booths and talented specialists are the formula for world-class finishes.
For highly confidential projects, we have created our own “Area 51” space to keep your work top secret during testing and prototype builds.

Specialized Metal Fabrication Equipment To Handle Every Application

Many products rely on off-the-shelf parts. However, developing custom components guarantees that your parts are made specifically for your application.  At i3, we use a variety of tools to produce the specialized metal components  for your product. Our metal fabrication lineup includes CNC machines, a press brake, laser cutting machine, water-jetting machine and a welding table.

Welding capabilities include MIG and flux-cored welding, TIG and stick welding for aluminum and stainless steel along with complex frame weldments and general fabrication services.
