From Oak barrels to Production-Ready Design
i3 unveiled three identical Zamboozy™ units, featuring custom graphics and a unique barrel housing designed to encase the double-barrel freezer. Originally crafted from quarter-sawn oak, the housings debuted at the Nightclub & Bar Show in Las Vegas. Based on the feedback from the show, Taylor asked i3 to advance the design with production-ready sheet metal prototypes.

By harnessing the expertise of our industrial design, mechanical, and prototyping teams, i3 engineered the custom barrel-shaped housing to fit seamlessly over Taylor’s existing double-barrel freezer using a new sheet metal design. Our teams also worked to ensuring the design of each barrel was optimized for manufacturing.
