Support
Product launch is an exciting time and we prepare our clients by coordinating tooling resources, facilitating cloud-based server setup, providing packaging design and instruction manual development too. We also know that it takes attention to detail and ongoing support to keep customers loyal.
That’s why in 2018, we developed our own remote support tool specifically for connected IoT products which we now offer for our clients. Our internal teams also use it to troubleshoot prototype devices in the field on behalf of our clients.
